There’s only one time I’ve tolerated the annoying crowds of Black Friday – I didn’t have much money and I wanted another memory card for my first digital camera.  I just don’t have the patience to get up at the crack of dawn just to have a chance at maybe getting a shot at buying some cheap item.  Most of the time, it’s cheap enough if you order it on Amazon.com or Newegg.

But Dan and my uncle Jose had a tradition of going to the stores for quite a few years.  I was busy sleeping – usually waking up by the time they were getting back.
