Dan and I are huge fans of xkcd.  I’ve already posted a few of Randall’s strips here and I’ve posted a ton to my blog.  Today’s strip is based on this strip from xkcd:

Dan and I both love this strip since we’re really into *nix.  Dan even got the tshirt.

Man, after that Thanksgiving when he wore that shirt, we knew that his character in “I’m Not Mad” would HAVE to wear that shirt.  And he does.  It’s just often hard to make out at the distance from which I’m rendering.  Then, when discussing “I’m Not Mad” with Dave, he mentioned Dan having “sudo powers”.  And I just knew I had to have it in there.  So this is the introduction.  Expect to see them used here and there.

And further strips will elaborate the extent and limitations of his powers.

One little bit of credit where credit is due.  The labels on the bottles were designed by Penguin Pete for my animated short “Sugar”, which I haven’t finished yet.  So instead they have debuted on this strip.
